Remember last week when I said I was grateful for the freedom of gratefulness? And I said that the awesome thing about being grateful is that it doesn’t matter how small or big or as deep or shallow as it may seem – whatever you’re grateful for – that it still counts? Alright, well with that all set up, I’m going to tell you now that today I am grateful for the Cookie Dough Oreos, Limited Edition. And no, I’m not even sorry about it. A lot of you encouraged me to try these bad boys after mentioning last week how sad I was that I had to pass them up at the grocery store (being on the health kick I’m currently fighting) and I thought, you know what? DO IT FOR THE BLOG, DUDE. It was a tough feat but I made it through and what’s even better (possibly) is that I put the entire taste testing experience on video. You’ll have to excuse the fact that I was not feelin’ the whole “hair and makeup” thing considering it was 100 degrees with 200% humidity but maybe we can also consider this my Don’t Try So Hard selfie?! Two birds, one stone?! (No birds were harmed in the making of this video.)
So there you go. What have you been wanting to try lately? May I encourage you to DO IT #fortheblog?! Oh, and then be super grateful for it or for something else. Because being grateful is oh so good for the soul.
There are three easy rules for this linkup:
1. Link up to your Grateful Heart post, not just your blog’s homepage and please link your post back here (via link or GH button) so that others can link up too! *Any posts that do not have to do with this GH topic or those that do not link back up to this blog will be deleted.
2. If you share your Grateful Heart post on social media, please use #gratefulheart so that we can all find each other (If you use this hashtag on twitter, tag me & I will retweet! @embergreyblog)
3. Carry on and be grateful! XO!
