Going Mad.

Well, if you came here today in hopes of finding the new Twelve Months of Bliss challenge – APRIL FOOLS!

Alright, I’m only partly kidding. No, I will not be sharing April’s 12MofBliss challenge today (come back on Monday for that!), but I’m also not going to be tricking you all with anything today. Baby Cullen has not arrived, we’re not moving again, I’m not giving up on writing – all things I could have tricked you with today. And all of those things would just be mean to joke about, because seriously- we are never moving again.

I have never been a fan of April Fools’ Day. Maybe because I’m a super gullible person and have been fooled many a times on this “holiday.” And I just don’t find that fun. I always approach this day with extreme caution, so don’t even think about trying something in the comments below. No matter what you say, I won’t believe you until tomorrow 😉

I DO have something fun to share with you guys today though! Last night, Christian and I created our own special April Fools’ Day Mad Lib, because it’s Friday and because, unlike the traditional April Fools’ Day, Mad Libs are FUN. So feel free to print this bad boy off (right click to save or save it via the Pinterest button in the lefthand corner when you hover over the picture) and have a funny Friday with your coworkers, roommate, spouse, etc.

  • You are so creative and so adorable. I can’t even handle it.

    • I mean, assuming I can believe you right now… it being April 1st and all 😉 bahaha. XOXO Have the best weekend!!

  • This is so cute! I was digging through an old box in my office and found a book of MadLibs! They were a middle school obsession!

  • “No matter what you say, I will not believe you until tomorrow.” <-Me, all day today.

  • This is super cute. I hate April Fool’s Day and typically hide from everyone until April 2nd!

  • Haha! Love the mad lib, I used to create these with my friends in high school! Way more fun than pranks 🙂 happy Friday my friend!! The best thing about April?? I get to see you!!!! 😀
    XO

  • April Fool’s day sucks. But I did get my mom really good one year. I was in middle school, and per the usual I called her at work when I got home. I proceeded to tell her that I got suspended for getting caught smoking in the bathroom at school. She was speechless. Asking questions. Finally she asked “What on earth made you do this, Amanda?” and I told her because it’s April Fool’s Day. Luckily she thought it was funny in the end and I didn’t get in trouble.

    • HAHAHAHAH. That is too good!! I tried a few times to pull one over on my parents but I’m so bad at tricking people – I always start laughing before I get through the whole story.

      • I have never been able to top that one, so I kinda gave up trying. Plus, the people I want to play a joke on know me too well for me to trick them anymore.

  • Mad Libs were my life at sleepovers when I was little….loved them! I’m also not a huge fan of April Fool’s. I like to trust people and I don’t like spending the day walking around with distrust at all. Say something me on the 1st and chances are I may inadvertently give you the stink eye trying to wonder if you are being honest or not. 😉

    • That surprises me about you, Anne!! Considering you are the queen of practical jokes! 😉 (And I love that about you!)

  • CUTE!
And speaking of Vampires, I know your dad is a Dr. and I always will think of him as Dr. Cullen (hello twilight) although I know he really ISN’T because Cullen is your married name, Psssh, the little details 🙂

    • haha!! 😉 (Have no fear, I still get Twilight references literally every week.)
